Invitations and eligibility

Altitude evenings are invitation-only and intended for guests aged 18 or over. Registering interest does not reserve a place or confirm admission. Attend only after receiving a confirmation from Altitude for the specific event.

Confirmations and guest details

Invitations are personal unless Altitude confirms otherwise. Please do not transfer an invitation or bring additional guests without approval. Provide accurate details and follow any RSVP, arrival or identification instructions supplied with your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Dates, venues, programmes or participants may change, and an event may be postponed or cancelled. We will communicate material changes to confirmed guests using the contact details provided. Please tell us promptly if you can no longer attend.

Do not assume that travel or accommodation is included. Check confirmed arrangements before making commitments. Any paid booking, refund or cancellation terms will be provided separately before payment; these terms do not impose a cancellation charge or replace rights that apply by law.

Conduct and venue requirements

Guests are expected to treat others respectfully and follow reasonable venue, safety and event instructions. Harassment, discriminatory behaviour, threats and unsafe conduct are not acceptable. Altitude or the venue may refuse admission or ask a person to leave for a reasonable safety, eligibility or conduct concern, subject to applicable law.

Access and dietary requirements

Tell us in advance about access or dietary requirements so we can discuss what is possible with the venue. Please share only information needed to arrange support. We cannot promise an adjustment or allergen-free environment without confirming the arrangements with you.

Photography and filming

An evening may include photography or filming. Ask us about the arrangements and intended uses for the relevant event when confirming attendance. The Privacy Policy also explains how to raise a concern about an image already published. Let the Altitude team know before or during the event if you have concerns or want to discuss avoiding identifiable photographs where practicable. Attendance is not blanket consent to unrestricted image use.

AFLOAT and other special editions

A boat event or another special format may have additional boarding, identification, accessibility, weather, route or safety conditions. Follow the information supplied for that edition and the reasonable instructions of the captain, crew or venue team. Do not assume that every advertised activity or route can proceed regardless of conditions. Any material changes and applicable event-specific terms will be communicated with your confirmation or as soon as practicable.

Personal belongings and responsibility

Please take reasonable care of yourself and your belongings and follow venue guidance. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Venue-specific terms may also apply and will be communicated where relevant.

Privacy and contact

Guest information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and any event-specific notice. For attendance questions, changes or concerns, contact info@cye.mt.
